School Support Administrator

We are looking to recruit a School Support Administrator based in Crawley.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Being the point of contact for Schools and Colleges with inquiries.
- Onboarding school staff on our Easy4u platform and ensuring a positive relationship with our partnering onsite school staff throughout the school year.
- Coordinating delivery schedules in consultation with our account managers and operations team.
- Updating and maintaining our Easy4u platform.
- Managing administrative duties in various online platforms, including our CRM system and Microsoft Office tools.
- Effectively conveying information about Easy4u and our scheme and services to our schools (following on-the-job training).
As a School Support Administrator you will be:
- The first point of contact for schools.

- A key player in the company with knowledge across various departments.
What is School Support?
- At Easy4u, we operate a dual helpdesk system. Parents and students reach out to our Customer Support team, but School Support exclusively assists educational institutions with their queries. This B2B communication requires a different kind of expertise and responsibility.
- In the School Support team, we encounter queries and issues that necessitate interaction with various departments like Sales or Operations. We also display a level of proactivity, thinking ahead about solutions to recurring problems and keeping all our educational institutions informed.
- Possess strong communication skills, both digitally and verbally.
- Are sociable and helpful.
- Excel in planning and organising.
- Preferably hold a bachelor's degree or have equivalent work experience. However, motivation and enthusiasm are also highly valued.
