Finance & Contract Administrator

We are looking for a Finance & Contract Administrator to join our Easy4u Finance Team.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining backend Easy4u financial records and support purchase/sales ledger functions.
- Overseeing contract administration for all Easy4u service users – escalating contract issues to the Customer Services team for handling with end customer.
- Invoice Management of the Easy4u System.
- Support financial compliance and assist with reporting.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in financial administration, ideally within education, and public sector.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial software. Sage experience is ideal but will not be the core product you are using, therefore you will require a willingness to adapt to custom built systems used across our group.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Knowledge of schools and legal contract frameworks is advantageous.
