GSA Conference 18th and 19th November 2019
The GSA conference is the annual conference for Heads and takes places this year at the Bristol Marriot Hotel, City Centre.
This year’s conference includes:
Motivational speaker Tracey Edwards MBE who rose to international fame in 1989 when she skippered the first all-female crew in the Whitbread Round the World Yacht Race, coming second in her class.
Jonathan Charles, former BBC world news presenter and now Managing Director, communications at the European Bank for Reconstruction.
Chris Willmore, Emeritus Professor of Sustainability and law at Bristol University, who will speak about engaging young people as change agents.
Panel discussions will look at ‘The currency of Truth! How to help today’s young people recognise fake news and Beyond TPS: Key issues influencing financial and strategic planning for Heads and Governor.
