Class Cloud
Embracing the Cloud with Class Technology
How does adopting a CTS cloud first approach help you?
-
- You can avoid upfront investments in your infrastructure, shifting from the frequent, annual, large capital expenditure outlays. Cloud technology delivers lower operational expenditure and delivers large savings in the process.
- Pricing models are scalable, and Class Technology will ensure that you receive the right cloud-based solution that only adds costs when you increase usage, not a model predicated on maximum usage from day one. You only pay more, if you use it.
- Usage of free-to-education software to drive down Licence Renewals (Office 365/Google).
- When hosting servers off-site, you’re only incurring a monthly charge, almost ‘renting the space’.
- Affords you greater flexibility to trial new services or to instigate changes at minimal costs and moreover it allows for the continuous upgrades and security patches to be applied across your network.
Traditional vs Cloud at a glance
At Class Technology Solutions Ltd we are not wedded to any particular product; indeed, our approach is open and transparent and focused upon helping you on your journey with cloud technology. We do not sell a product, we advise on a solution so if you’re wondering how CTS can help you embrace a cloud first approach and provide you with a cloud readiness assessment please contact us?
We recommend that all education providers actively consider and evaluate the benefits of moving to a cloud-based approach for their IT system (moving away from relying solely on ‘on-site’ servers). Cloud-based systems are usually more secure, cheaper to run and enable more flexible working.
